FINE LATE ROMAN GLASS FLASK.
Ca. AD 300 - 500.
A translucent pale blue glass flask with a rounded mould-blown body and a short, waisted neck below a flaring mouth. The neck is encircled by applied dark blue rigaree bands framing two sets of thin white threads.
Size: 190mm x 110mm; Weight: 130g
Provenance: From a private London collection; earlier held in an old family collection formed over the period 1960s–2000.
