LATE ROMAN GLASS JUG. Ca. AD 300 - 500. A free-blown translucent pale green glass jug with a bell-shaped body, a tall cylindrical neck opening to a flaring mouth, and a bichrome strap handle drawn from the rim to the shoulder. The vessel has a concave base with a pontil scar. Size: 120mm x 80mm; Weight: 95g Provenance: From a private London collection; earlier held in an old family collection formed over the period 1960s–2000.
