COLLECTION OF KASHAN GLAZED BOWLS WITH VEGETAL AND FLORAL DECORATION.
Ca. AD 1000 - 1400.
A collection of four pottery bowls, including, from left to right: a large deep bowl on a short foot, painted in turquoise with concentric bands of stylised leaf ornament and a central roundel; a conical bowl on a low foot, painted in black, turquoise, and cream with a central rosette enclosed by bands of dotted and oval motifs; a small hemispherical bowl with a plain cream glaze; and a conical bowl with broad radial panels in turquoise and cobalt, with reserved cream panels filled with scrolling ornament.
