Ca. AD 650 - 850. A painted glass unguentarium with an elongated tapering body. The shoulder rises to a tall ribbed neck with an everted rim. Zigzag bands encircle the body. Size: 110mm x 25mm; Weight: 45g Provenance: From a private UK collection; earlier purchased on the London art market in the 1980s.
