NABATAEAN BRONZE CAMEL WITH RIDERS.
Ca. 100 BC - AD 100. A bronze model of a recumbent camel on a low oval base, with a large loop at the side. The animal is cast with a long arched neck and a small upright head, with a pair of riders seated on its back. For similar see: The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Object Number: 31.67.2.
