GRAECO ROMAN SILVER PHALERA WITH BUST OF CARACALLA Ca. 100 BC - AD 200. A silver phalera with a broad circular disc, shallow dished centre, and raised rim. At the centre is a riveted roundel with a raised border enclosing a facing bust of Caracalla with short, curled hair and a beard. He wears a cuirass with a gorgoneion on the chest.
