ROMAN BRONZE BUST OF VENUS APPLIQUE Ca. AD 1 - 300 . A bronze hollow applique in the shape of a bust of Venus, her head turned to her right. The hair is arranged in thick wavy locks and gathered into a high knot. Broad folds of drapery cross the chest and are fastened at the right shoulder by a circular brooch.
