EGYPTIAN ROCK CRYSTAL SCARAB WITH DEITIES Late Period, Ca. 664 - 332 BC. A rock crystal scarab carved with a rounded back, ribbed wing cases, and a separate thorax. The underside is engraved with two deities facing one another, one seated to the left and one standing, the latter extending an arm with a staff towards the seated figure. Size: 27mm x 20mm; Weight: 10g Provenance: From a private London collection; purchased in Munich, Germany, in the 1990s. This item has been cleared against the Art Loss Register database and comes with a confirmation letter.
