APULIAN CANOSAN TERRACOTTA PYXIS Ca. 400 - 300 BC. A terracotta pyxis with a cylindrical body, slightly concave walls, and an everted rim fitted with a shallow lid with a wide overhanging flange, raised concentric mouldings, and a central cylindrical knob. Size: 125mm x 110mm; Weight: 575g Provenance: From a private London collection; purchased in Munich, Germany, in the 1990s.
