COLLECTION OF XENON WARE VESSELS WITH ANIMALS AND OLIVE LEAVES Ca. 350 - 300 BC.
A collection of Xenon ware vessels, including, from left to right: an olpe with an ovoid body, flaring mouth, and loop handle, decorated with vertical strokes and a laurel band; a skyphos with a deep body, twin horizontal handles, and linear and leaf decoration; a small ribbed olpe with a rounded body and flaring mouth, also with a laurel band; two miniature oinochoai, each with a pear-shaped body, trefoil mouth, and red-painted bird motif; and a small oinochoe with red-painted running animals between linear borders.
