GREEK TERRACOTTA ANTEFIX WITH STYLISED PALMETTE Ca. 300 BC.
A terracotta antefix with a moulded palmette above a central rosette flanked by curling tendrils and smaller fronds arranged symmetrically. For similar see: The British Museum, Museum number 1867,1122.403-404.
Size: 180mm x 130mm; Weight: 965g
Provenance: Private UK collection; acquired in London in the early 2000s; formerly with the Verite collection, Paris, France, formed in the 1970s.
