PAIR OF GREEK CYPRIOT BRONZE HORSE FIGURINES Ca. 750 - 600 BC.
A pair of bronze horse figurines, each cast with a short body, arched neck, raised head, pointed ears, incised mane, and bridle. The legs are set in pairs on two block-like supports. For similar see: The British Museum, Museum number 1951,0606.8.
Size: 55-85mm x 50-70mm; Weight: 330g
Provenance: Private British collection; previously held in the I.H. collection, established in the 1970s.
