A pair of iron axe heads, including, from top to bottom: an axe head with a narrow socket, long neck, and broad flaring blade with a curved cutting edge; and a double-ended axe head with a central socket and opposed blades.

Provenance: From a central London private collection; earlier acquired on the UK art market before 2000.
