COLLECTION OF IRON AGE HOLY LAND TERRACOTTA OIL LAMPS Ca. 800 - 500 BC.
A collection of three terracotta oil lamps, each of Vessberg Type 1, with a shallow rounded body, broad open basin, and pinched nozzle. The rims are folded inward to frame the filling well. For similar see: The J. Paul Getty Museum, Inventory number 83.AQ.377.451, 83.AQ.377.542.
