PAIR OF NEAR EASTERN BRONZE MIRRORS Ca. 2200 - 1500 BC.
A pair of bronze mirrors, each with a circular disc and flaring handle. The mirror on the left is plain on both faces, with a folded rim and attached handle with lateral projections below the disc. On the mirror to the right, the reflective face is plain, and the reverse has a raised border enclosing a circular field decorated in relief with a stag facing right.
