PAIR OF HELLENISTIC GOLD PENDANTS WITH CENTRAL CABOCHONS.
Ca. 300 - 100 BC. A pair of gold pendants, each lozenge-shaped and centred with a cabochon set within a plain mount, framed by twisted wire and an outer border of bosses, with a suspension loop above. The reverse of each is plain. Size: 35-37mm x 21-23mm; Weight: 5.9g Provenance: London private collection; Munich acquisition, 1990s. This item has been checked against the Art Loss Register database and comes with a confirmation letter.
