Description
PHOENICIAN GOLD PENDANT OF NEPHTHYS.
Ca. 600 - 400 BC.
A gold pendant of Nephthys standing with her right leg advancing on an integral flat base, wearing a tripartite wig and a long, close-fitting sheath dress revealing the navel, with her arms held close to her sides. The hieroglyph of her name rises above her head. A suspension loop is attached at the back.
