ROMAN GOLD RING WITH INTAGLIO OF MINERVA AND ALTAR.

A gold ring with a flat-section hoop, flaring shoulders, and an oval bezel set with a carnelian intaglio engraved with Minerva standing beside an altar, wearing a crested helmet and a long chiton, with a spear and shield at her left side, all on a groundline.
