PAIR OF PHOENICIAN GLASS BEADS.
Ca. 600 - 400 BC.
A pair of glass beads, from left to right: a turquoise glass bead of compressed cylindrical form, decorated at the midsection with a broad yellow band overlaid with closely set dark trails arranged in vertical and horizontal segments; and a large glass bead of globular form, decorated with applied polychrome trails combed into vertical feathered panels in yellow, turquoise, and reddish brown.
