LATE ROMAN SILVER RING WITH CARNELIAN INTAGLIO OF ASCLEPIUS.

A silver ring with a flat-section hoop widening to broad, fluted shoulders, and an oval bezel with a scalloped outer edge, set with a bevelled carnelian intaglio engraved with Asclepius standing on a groundline, leaning on his serpent-entwined staff.
