BYZANTINE SILVER RING WITH CROSS FLANKED BY VEGETAL TENDRILS. Ca. AD 1200 - 1400. A silver ring with a broad D-shaped hoop widening towards a large slightly pointed oval bezel engraved with a cross on a stepped base, flanked by spiral motifs. The shoulders are engraved with a stem issuing four pairs of spirals.
