SELJUK SILVER AND NIELLO SCROLL PENDANT.
Ca. AD 1000 - 1200.
A silver scroll pendant formed as a tube of hexagonal section, with repousse rosettes on the domed terminals and three ribbed suspension loops above. Both sides are decorated with niello inscriptions above stylised motifs.
