PHOENICIAN GLASS SCARAB WITH SPHINX IN GOLD SWIVEL RING Ca. 500 - 300 BC. A brown glass scarab with a smooth convex back. The underside is engraved with a kneeling man with sphinx, ankh above. It is mounted in a possibly later gold swivel ring with a plain rounded hoop and coiled terminals.
