A solid gold ring with a broad D-section hoop and an applied circular bezel, the shoulders decorated with incised crosses with triangular arms. The bezel is engraved with a frontal bust of Christ with a cruciform halo, flanked by IC XC, the Greek abbreviation for Jesus Christ, and enclosed by a circular border. The surrounding inscription reads 'NOBISCUM DEUS', meaning 'God with us'.
