A red stone amulet carved as a recumbent ram with the legs folded beneath the body and the head facing forward, with large curled horns sweeping back along the sides of the face and incised grooves detailing the fleece at the neck. The eyes and nostrils are recessed and circular. Size: 80mm x 50mm; Weight: 168g Provenance: Private UK collection; Ex Important UK collection of a gentleman, ÒSÓ colln, deceased.
