COLLECTION OF GREEK GOLD EARRINGS Ca. 700 - 500 BC. A collection of four gold earrings, including, from left to right: an earring with a spiral body decorated around the exterior with applied gold beads; a lunate earring with a hollow body ribbed on the exterior and a plain wire hook; and a matched pair of crescentic earrings, each with a plain hook and a lunate body with parallel ribs. Size: 13-18mm x 14-16mm; Weight: 6g Provenance: Private London collection; formerly in the F. Piket collection, Netherlands, assembled 1970sÐ1980s.. This item has been cleared against the Art Loss Register database and comes with a confirmation letter.
