PAIR OF PHOENICIAN GLASS EYE BEADS Ca. 600 - 300 BC. A pair of dark blue glass cylindrical beads with central perforations, including, from left to right: a bead decorated with applied white and blue eyes divided by a white encircling trail; and a bead with yellow, white and blue eyes arranged above and below a white wavy trail. Size: 24-27mm x 29-37mm; Weight: 65g Provenance: Prince Collection, 1990sÐ2014; ex. private collection, 1970sÐ1990s. This item has been cleared against the Art Loss Register database and comes with a confirmation letter.
