STUNNING ROMAN MILLEFIORI GLASS NECKLACE Ca. AD 1 - 300. A polychrome glass necklace composed of millefiori and mosaic beads in spherical, cylindrical and barrel shapes. The beads are decorated with eye motifs, rosettes, feathered patterns, chevrons, spirals and multicoloured bands, centred by a large cylindrical bead with marbled and spotted decoration.
