ROMAN CARNELIAN INTAGLIO OF A DOLPHIN IN GOLD RING Ca. AD 50 - 200 . A carnelian intaglio engraved with a dolphin in the oval field, its pointed snout turned forwards and the forked tail raised above the body. The fins are cut with short linear strokes.
