EGYPTIAN FAIENCE SCARAB WITH THE PRENOMEN OF THUTMOSIS III SET IN A SILVER RING Late Period, Ca. 664 - 332 BC. A pale blue-glazed faience scarab, finely modelled with incised anatomical details and the prenomen of Thutmose III. The scarab is longitudinally pierced and mounted as the swivel bezel of a possibly later silver ring. For similar see: Michael C. Carlos Museum, Object Number 2012.032.334.
