HELLENISTIC GOLD CRESCENT-SHAPED PENDANT WITH HEART Ca. 300 - 100 BC. A gold crescent-shaped pendant bordered with twisted wire and centred by a repousse heart within a corded frame. The surrounding field is decorated with applied filigree scrolls and a gold granule at each terminal. A broad suspension loop is attached at the top.
