MEDIEVAL ENAMELLED BRONZE SHIELD-SHAPED HORSE HARNESS PENDANT WITH THE ARMS OF THE HOUSE OF DE BOHUN Ca. AD 1200 - 1374. A bronze horse harness pendant shaped as a heater shield, with the arms of the House of de Bohun on the obverse: azure, a bend argent cotised Or between six lions rampant. The recessed fields retain traces of blue enamel. A suspension hole pierces the lower section. For similar see: The Victoria and Albert Museum, Inventory Number M14_1989.
