TOMMASO CASCELLA (Rome, 1951) – The Zodiac: Scorpio (2020) Colour lithograph on paper. Dimensions: 32 x 22 cm. An expressive abstract composition from the series ‘The Zodiac’, in which Tommaso Cascella interprets the sign of Scorpio through a sophisticated visual language inspired by astral configurations and celestial symbols. The work unfolds through a balanced combination of geometric planes in intense shades of blue, black and turquoise, enriched by white lines and multicoloured stars that evoke zodiacal constellations. The graphic form alluding to the symbol of Scorpio stands out in the lower left, harmoniously integrated within the abstract structure.
