Ismael González de la Serna (Spain, 1898 – France, 1968) Signed – Floral Landscape, Spanish School. 20th century Oil on cardboard. The painting depicts a garden bathed in light, bordered by high walls covered in flowering vegetation. The central path, illuminated by a vibrant sun, leads to a house in the background, framed by white architecture and simple lines. The loose, almost Impressionist brushwork vividly captures the texture of the leaves and the chromatic transparency of the petals, in a sensorial celebration of nature.
