Saint Christopher with the Child, Spanish School, 18th century Oil on canvas. Dimensions: 70 x 50 cm; framed 85 x 64 cm. A religious scene depicting Saint Christopher walking on water whilst carrying the Christ Child on his shoulders and holding a staff. The saint is draped in a large red cloak that adds movement and visual impact, whilst the Child, crowned with a halo, blesses and holds the orb.
