Monochrome turquoise Yunjao cup, Chinese School, Yuan Dynasty, 13th–14th century Porcelain stoneware with a thick, monochrome turquoise glaze. Measures 4.5 x 9 cm. A small cylindrical coupelle on a crowned base, characterised by its refined formal simplicity and the depth of its translucent glaze in bluish and greenish tones. The interior surface displays subtle chromatic variations and fusion effects that evoke abstract landscapes and natural mineral formations, lending the piece great visual richness.
