Napoleon III Empire Chest of Drawers in Mahogany. French School. 19th Century.
Empire-style chest of drawers from the Napoleon III period, crafted from mahogany and mahogany burl, featuring classical column fronts with gilt-bronze fittings. Straight-edged dark marble top. The piece has four plain-fronted drawers with keyholes and missing fittings. It retains its original patina with visible signs of wear; restoration is required throughout.
