Imari porcelain plate with polychrome decoration and a stylised fish Japanese Imari porcelain with polychrome decoration in blue, red and gold. The centre is decorated with a stylised fish; the rim features a compartmentalised design with floral and plant motifs on a red, white and black background highlighted with gold. The reverse features blue decoration beneath a pattern of stylised symbols. Japan, Edo period, 18th century. In good overall condition, with slight wear to the glaze. Diameter 46 cm x height 5 cm.
