Bronze clock and candlestick mount with lion. French School. 19th century. Marbled marble and gilt bronze. Dimensions: clock 58 x 33 x 13 cm; candlesticks 39 x 11 x 11 x 11 cm. 19th-century French mantelpiece composed of a central clock and two side candlesticks. The clock, crowned by a gilt bronze lion, is structured on a base and columns in veined marble in shades of pink, which lend a monumental character. The candlesticks, of classic design, reproduce bronze and marble urns with finely carved details.
