Ushabti of Ancient Egypt, depicting a mummiform Osiris inscribed on turquoise glazed ceramic. With a shaved head, a striated false beard, crossed arms holding a crook and flail, a ritual pectoral opening, a pleated shendyt kilt, and an Osiris lintel on the forehead. Integrated rectangular base, engraved with vertical hieroglyphic lines and a royal cartouche. Turquoise glazed fritware. Egypt. Late Period, 26th Dynasty, 664-525 BC. Lot in international warehouse (within the EU). Intra-EU shipment: no import duties apply within the EU. Export permit from the country of origin may be required.
