Expressionist Seascape. 20th Century — José Antonio Serna Ramos (1927, Alicante–2011, Valencia) Oil on paper. An Expressionist composition evoking a marine atmosphere, rendered with dense, gestural brushstrokes that create an abstract scene of a rough sea beneath a stormy sky. In the centre, a vertical figure—possibly a sail or a rock—emerges as the compositional axis.
