Henri-Joseph VAN BLARENBERGHE (1741–1826). Miniature depicting a woman wearing a blue dress. Signed ‘HJ. V-Bl.’ on the reverse, at the bottom, for Henri-Joseph VAN BLARENBERGHE (1741–1826). On ivory (Elephantidae spp*).
Height excluding frame: 5.7 cm. (Flaking paint, areas missing).
*Pre-Convention ivory specimen of Elephantidae spp (I/A), dating from before 1 July 1947 and therefore compliant with EC Regulation 338/97 of 9 December 1996, Art.2-W SCE and SPMC, and predating 1 July 1975 and therefore compliant with the French decrees of 4 May 2017 and January 2022.
For export from the European Union, a CITES re-export certificate will be required.
