In-4, [1] f., XXXII-164 p., table, plate, half-brown speckled sheepskin with period corners, spine with 5 raised bands, brown calfskin title label (corners and edges worn, worm damage to the covers and some puncture marks affecting the margins and plates, but not serious, small original mark in the margin of the title page, foxing).
First edition comprising 6 fold-out tables as inserts and illustrated with 6 fold-out engraved plates.
