(errata), frontispiece and 7 lithographic plates, contemporary midnight-blue half-shagreen, spine with 5 raised bands, author’s name and title in gold lettering, gold monogram repeated on each panel, marbled edges [Zoubre] (corners rubbed, water stains from the beginning of the volume up to p. 40, sporadic foxing). Copy enriched with an unsigned handwritten letter addressed to the author, from Vendôme, 15 January 1837, 4 pp. in-4°, concerning the archaeology of Vendôme. An old note on a flyleaf.
