A curved chest of drawers with three rounded sides, made of veneered wood with a curly grain finish, featuring two front-opening drawers and resting on four curved legs. Louis XV period, marked ‘JME’ on a front upright and on the front crossbar. Marble top; the chest is embellished with bronze fittings, including lock plates, pull handles, corner finials, feet and a lamp base with rocaille decoration. 78 x 70 x 44 cm. Missing veneer in places; restored.
