German flintlock sabre. Bronze hilt with 29 grooves, single-bar guard. Flat-backed blade stamped ‘WKC’. Varnished leather scabbard with three brass fittings and two rings. Length: 82.5 cm. A.B.E. Late 19th century. Two sabre-knives without scabbards are included, one of which is an An XI model, with a blade stamped and engraved on the back with ‘Mfture Imple du Klingenthal Octobre 1812’. Oxidation.
