Legion of Honour – Two commemorative medals: Restoration, 1814–1815, the new insignia, obverse featuring a bust of Henry IV in armour facing right by de Puymaurin, reverse depicting the star bearing the arms of France, in patinated bronze, 40.5 mm; July Monarchy, 1841, completion of the Column of the Grande Armée commemorating the first conferral of the Legion of Honour on the Grande Armée on 16 August 1804, obverse featuring a profile of Louis-Philippe by Borrel, reverse depicting the column, framed by a long inscription, copper hallmark and pointing hand, 59.5 mm.
