Civil decorations – Set of nine medals in standard size with ribbons: one Post and Telegraph Medal of Honour, 2nd type in patinated bronze, double-sided loop, with the recipient’s name struck in relief: “BESSAN François 1924”; three Octrois Medals of Honour, one in silver, one in silver-plated bronze, one in patinated bronze; three 1921 municipal Medals of Honour, in silver; two departmental and municipal medals of honour, 1st type, 1945, one in silver, hallmarked with a boar’s head, one in silver-plated bronze, 39 mm. Generally hallmarked by the Monnaie de Paris.
