Produced from 1968, reference 145.022 introduced the new calibre 861, which replaced the column-wheel 321. The 145.022-69ST variant also saw the appearance of backs bearing the moon landing tribute and, above all, a variant sought after by collectors: the "error 220". A subtle defect on the bezel, where the 200 should be marked, we see the number 220. This variant is of real interest to lovers of vintage chronographs.
