REIGN OF HIS MAJESTY THÂNH THAI (1889–1907).
Order of Kim Khanh, First Class. The 800°/°° gold-plated silver plaque is shaped like a gong, with an embossed design featuring two facing dragons chasing the sacred pearl, the central section bearing, on the obverse, the inscription ‘Thânh Thai sac-tu’ conferred by Emperor Thânh Thai and, on the reverse, ‘Bao Nghia Thu Huân’ to reward loyalty and recognise meritorious service. The lower section is adorned with fringes trimmed with coloured pearls.
